Transfer stamps
CLAS Clerking will obtain stamps in all Illinois municipalities. We will assist submitting, obtaining in person and advancing funds prior to closing to ensure all municipal requirements are fulfilled before closing. Our goal is always to obtain the stamps 1-2 days prior to closing and FedEx the original directly to the closer.
